For some reason, I can't view the figure. Not sure if it's just me or something from your side. But I can still try to help:
In a distance vs time graph, the velocity is the slope of the graph. Therefore, if the slope of the graph is positive, then the velocity is also positive. If you are not familiar with recognizing positive slopes, here are some exampes:
y = x^2 has a positive slope from x = 0 to x = + infinity
y= x always has a positive slope etc.
Once again, I can't see the figure. But using the methods I gave, you should be able to do so.
