30% percent of strains express virulance factor on 0 day. The pvirulance factor in strains rapidly increased to more than 75% on 7th day. From 7th day to 14th day the percentage of cells expressing virulance factor increased very slowly and reached to 82-84% by 14th day. From 14th day to 21st day there is no increase and the precentage remained almost constant thereafter.
