One can quickly see that 200 people making phone calls can become a significant disturbance, especially when you are trapped in an aluminum can for 15+ hours. Since Everyone has rights to do something, whatever he or she wants to do. But being in public place we should not do anythong as per our choice. We should respect the presence of others. Instructions must be written clearly.
