the drop across cap 4 is 12 volts, so this is the totalof 1 2 and 3. . This means the drop across 3 is    12 - 2 -5 =   5 volts . This means cap 3 and cap 2 are the same,so     cap 2 is 0.18 uF . Also, since the drop across cap 1 is only   2 /5 = 0.4 times as much, its capacitance is only 0.4times as much . So     cap 1 is   0.4 *0.18 =    0.072uF
