Given that          F = 3000N          Fr = 2400N         m =1000kg Therefore          F-Fr = ma ==> a = (F-Fr ) / m = 600/ 1000 = 0.60 m/s2 Using basic kinematic relation we have          S =0.5at2 = 0.5 * 0.60 * 100 = 30 m Velocity at the end of the time is         v = at = 0.6 * 10 = 6m/s
