for 1,2, and 3 take the individual moments and add them together.

For 4, use the parallel axis theorem.

1. for the bar I=m*L^2/12=2.1*9/12= 1.57
for the point masses
3*(0.500)*1.5^2=2.03 add them together
= 3.375

2) for the bar
I=m*L^2/3=2.1*(2.3)^2/3= 3.703
for the point masses
I=m*L^2/3=(0.500)*(2.3)^2/3=0.881
