a) All pump one or more of four ions :- For example, H+, Na+, K+, Ca2+
b) P type ATPases have many conserved motifs. These motifs present in cytoplasmic domains where they have a vital role in ATP hydrolysis and also transduction of this hydrolysis into changes in protein conformation.
C) P class Na+/ K+ ATPases pumps three Na+ out of the cell and two Ka+ into the cell per ATP hydrolysed. This is different in case of calcium. So there is no such property if p class pump that it have to pump out all the ions.
D) P class pump that transport various small molecules and ions against their concentration gradient.
E) P class pump hydrolyse ATP for energy so that it cab transport molecules across the membrane.
