1. In spite of rapid medical advancements, we find so many communities which deprive themselves of these facilities due to their innate cultural and social value system. To effectively prevent this disparity in distribution of health service, all healthcare professionals and policy makers should have an thorough understanding of the social and cultural value system present, and its importance in influencing patient behaviour and acceptance. The first step for the physical therapists here will be to open themselves up and attitude change. Training of physical therapists with respect to understanding cultural issues is paramount to get successful treatment outcomes here.

To acquire feedback on how good the training session was and if it was effective the trainor can also have a post training test to see if his teachng has improved the linguistic competency of the trainees. Also a feedback form can be provided to the trainees to fill upon completion of the program to analyse their satisfaction with the training program.

3. Training programes need to be evaluated for content of training and effectiveness of training. Without measuring and analysing these qualities a training programme cannot be declared a ssuccessful. The goal of any training programme should be to change or enhance skills and if this does not happen then the entire activity is a waste. Hence post training assessments to check whether the training has an effective outcome and feedback forms on satisfaction or disatisfaction on certain aspects of training are important. Here corrective actions can be taken and training can further be improved.
