Definately location play a important role in the progression of the disease.Thise outbreak occured in remote areas which are far away from main cities,As long as hygienic conditions remain substandard in many African hospitals and health care workers are unable to adhere to universal precautions to prevent transmission of bloodborne infection, there will be a continuous risk for new outbreaks in African countries. With stricter surveillance systems, any new outbreaks will be diagnosed at much earlier stage.
