a. leaves of many plants are open during the day and are closed at night .Daily rhythms of such behaviours thus appear to be simple responses of living beings to cyclic presence/absence of environmental stimuli.For eg leaves of Mimosa Pudica.

b.Circadian rhythms can influence sleep-wake cycles, hormone release, body temperature and other important bodily functions. They have been linked to various sleep disorders, such as insomnia.

c.Plant responses to water regulation is a seasonal response.It changes its physioligy according to the presence or absence of water in different seasons.Ripening of fruit is another such example.

d.Tempaerature regulation in animals is a saesonal response which varies according to the temperture of the external surroundings.
