Explanation / Answer

Diversity-Diversity is the condition of being composed of different types of elements, for eg, inclusion of different people with different cultures and races in a particular group or community.

Abundance in biological community is an ecological concept which refers to the relative number of species found in a particular ecosystem.

Each and every habitat has their own diversity and characteristics assemblance for interacting with the living organisms. This condition is collectively known as community. The amount of variation or differentiation in a particular community is called community complexity. Each community is involved in a food chain for survival. The living organisms present in these communities occupies different levels of food chain by their eating habits. These levels are the trophic levels. The organisms present in the community is classified under various trophic levels like autotrophs, heterotrophs etc. This is how the community complexity is related to trophic levels.

Primary productivity signifies the amount of organic compound production from aqueous carbon dioxide or atmosphere. Primary productivity mainly occurs through the photosynthesis process and also through chemosynthesis, which uses chemical compound as energy source. Primary productivity helps in the maintaining the food chain of the ecosystem.

Primary productivity is directly related to community complexity because it is the organisms present in the community known as the primary producers responsible for primary production.
