A)From the reaction,
100 gm of CaCO3 reacts with 73 gm of HCl to produce 111 gm of CaCl2
27gm CaCO3 requires 19.71 gm HCl for complete reaction
But only 12 gm HCl is present
So 12 gm react with 16.43 gm CaCO3 to produce 18.24 gm of CaCl2
B)It is clear that CaCO3 is in excess and 10.57 gm will remain after the reaction is complete
