Let's see first which of these options are not matching with the spectrum :
Benzyl alcohol: there is no strong broad peak around 3200 to 3500 cm-1 hence it is not the benzyl alcohol.
Similarly, it is not cyclohexanol as well as there is no corresponding alcohol -OH peak as in benzyl alcohol.
There are no peaks of unsaturation C=C bending and stretching 1700 - 1500 cm-1 and 1680 - 1620 cm-1 respectively, hence it is not Iodo benzene as well.
The carbonyl frequency is 1709 hence it dose not indicate ester carbonyl aswell. So spectrum is not of Isopentyl acetate, or Methyl acetate.
Finally, the spectrum is matching with cyclohexanone.
2943 and 2858 cm-1 alkyl C-H
1709cm-1: ketone carbonyl C=O Stretching.
