Suggest some personal traits that you believe would be useful to a business leader today. Are these traits more valuable in some situations than in others?
Accountability-Taking complete accountability is one of the most important traits of a successful business leader today. Whatever may be the result the leader has to admit.
Honesty/Morality-Honesty is the best policy. Leader has to be acceptable by all for his honesty or truthfulness. People do not believe a dishonest leader.
Communication Power-Business leaders should have excellent communication power now a days. Leader’s vision, mission, values, objectives are to properly communicated throughout the organization to meet the target.
Excellent decision making ability is extremely important for successful business leaders today because present business scenario is extremely competitive and dynamic.

Traits exist for long time or life time of a person. It is like an inherent characteristic. Strengths can be achieved with proper training, hard work etc.
These two traits make a most efficient, successful and extraordinary leader. They became the benchmark for others. They set milestones for others. They are able to make radical change in the business model as well as in social life.
