What two processes does the PMBOK use to create these two baseline? You should know which processes are used to create these important baselines. The processes used to create cost baseline are determine budget and control costs. Thereafter Earned Value management is used for monitoring and controlling the processes to compare how well they are progressing versus the schedule and cost baseline.

MS project is used to create the gantt chart, which helps create the schedule baseline, and costs are resources are allocated for activities to create cost baseline.
