After reading the General Electric business case, reflect on Jack Welch's leadership of the corporation. Which leadership traits and which leadership behaviors do you most admire, and why do you feel these traits and these behaviors are admirable? These traits and behavior are admirable because these are very basic rules of human interaction but also very effective in managing them. These traits make a great impact on any leader if one understands its right application.

I would like to develop simplicity because it has great power of solving the things in simpler way if thought correctly. The simpler the approach the better its application and hence the result can also be effective and impactful.
