There are various personal conflict styles. Some of them are Competing style, Accommodating style, Avoiding style, Compromising style and Collaborating style. Various styles are useful in various places.An individuals dominant style is the way of competing style and the individuals weakest style is the way of accommodating style. In the competing style the individual gets what he wants from the conflicts. an the accommodating style, an individual accepts the opponents points and gives into his ideas. There are various kind of individual life styles. Of the various other life styles, the person with the never give up attitude is the life style is the one that will succeed. He is the one that will accomplish his goals. Again the one with the compromising individual personality is the one that will be working against you. One if the conflict style for change is collaborating style. All the individual's style and ideas are taken and an idea is formulated to achieve the common goal. First is to get the ideas from everybody. Get the best ideas and segregate which of the ideas has to be used for which situation, and in the stage of implementation, implement the ideas which are best suited for the situation. As a conclusion, conflicts are definitely required for the improvement and change. Conflicts has to be managed effectively to manage the changes. Even a bad criticism has a good point for improvement. Try to see the good out the every situation. That will make the process more efficient and will make the system a better one.
