There are a lot of governmental bodies and non governmental organizations to oversee the operations of the hospital. The healthcare function is a critical function and that is the reason such governmental organizations and non governmental organizations are working in different aspects to see that no mishaps are happening in the hospitals. Healthcare units must be functioning in such a regulated environment so that all the issues relating to health care are addressed promptly. This is the primary motive to create such regulations, but all these are not going to plan. This is the final effect. Too much of regulatory authorities create the hospital administration a tedious activity. There is absolute chaos in the hospitals to comply with all the regulatory requirements. Without having sufficient infrastructure, it is highly impossible for the hospital authorities to comply with all the regulatory requirements. Too much of money is also spent by the state to have all these regulatory authorities functioning all through the days. The hospitals also need to have sufficient staffing to have the reporting done. This again eats into the profits of the hospitals and increases their expenses exponentially. If we dig deep into this issue, patient care has not grown at all. All the infrastructure is in place, just for the reporting purpose. Nothing will be working 100% accurate to assist the patients. The state should understand the reality of the situation and must do something to really help the students. Because of the expenses of the hospitals go up, then the pricing for the healthcare in the hospitals also go up. The hospitals also need to do the required functions, and also need to make profits. We should also know that they are not working for charity. They are also in the business to make money.
