Explanation / Answer

When we look at the topics discussed before we can see that if we pick out a few characteristics then other characteristics will follow suit. When we look at character it plays a strong role in ethics. A strong character person will always make sure that nothing can force him to compromise with his ethics. Due to this he will make sure that he is regular at work, is on time, works with the team and is disciplined.

The other important trait for ethics is integrity. If the employee has the right integrity, he will make sure that he gets work done in the correct time frame.

Communication also plays a role in ethics. If there are any gaps in communication, events or conversations they could be misconstrued and lead to catastrophe. On the other hand, clear and precise communication will help in making sure that things are not ambiguous.

In the arena of ethics organization skills also play an essential role. As the individual needs to understand what is the organizational skill requirement and needs to perform accordingly.
