1. six sigma is the process of improving the quality of end product prepared by a producer. in this, the producer focus on various tools and techniques which can be implement in the process to make the end product more quality one.
it has two different methodologies, namely: DMAIC
D stands for define, define the problem or goal
Measure the problem or proces
Analyze the data and process
Improve the process
Control the process for better improvement of the process, and the second one is
Define, Measure, Analyse, Design and Verify.
2. the above said methodology helps the producer to set a goal or target, and focus on that, and finally how to reach it. in a production process, every step is important which fix the quality of the product. hence, these factors help the producer to focus on material factors and sustain more quality products/

Black belts are like middle level leders between green belts and master belts, they recieve guidelines and inputs from Master black belts and inform the same to green belts
Master blackbelts are those who provide coaching for six sigma. they completely works on six sigma process, prepare guideliness and inputs, and implement the program in the firm succesfully
