In my team, we all are very bad in managing time. So, fulfilling deadline is the most common archetype, which occurs in my team.
The corrective measure for this will be maintaining an activity log and critically updating the same to keep a track of time.
The corrective measure in this case will be conduction regular audit of the common resources by a specified team to maintain its working efficiency
This scenario can be corrected by effectively giving ownership to each member of the team and making them answerable for their work. Clear communication lines must also be established across the team to facilitate work performance.
