Active listening is one of the most important aspect of any employee inside the workplace organisation. Active listening can improve the productivity and it can help an employee to maintain advantage in the workplace. Having an ability to provide feedback as well as having an understanding of nonverbal cues is one of the most important traits available for an employee that could be very beneficial for improving its overall efficiency inside the workplace.
Listening is an essential task for any individual in its day to day life. Being an active listener provides an advantage over different things and also improve your ability to determine and analyse the things. While listening there are few barriers which always create problem daily challenge.  
In business settings listening provides an extensive information about the specific meeting as well as it also increases the level of influence of your personality over the speaker. Being an active listener create a huge difference in two way communication which is very beneficial for employee in the business arrangement. My properly listening the whole content and replying increases the overall effect of the answers on the speaker and also shows your morals and ethics.

I am intrinsically motivated at work, as I follow correct standards of ethical perspectives and understand workplace Culture by looking it positively as well as creating good relations with other employees. This type of approach helps me to motivate myself to do better for achieving the specific goals. Also following the goal setting theory as always help me to achieve the goals and to maintain positive in the workplace environment improving and keeping myself motivated.

I am not very good at self monitoring as self monitoring can be more effective if it is done by somebody else. I am developing my own monetary skills as well as also developing better understanding of different situations which could occur in the organisation to improve ability to perceive things.

By having an understanding of the leadership theories I would definitely follow goal setting as well as a combination of transactional theory. Both of the theories would help me to understand the organisation in a better way as well as to improve the overall growth of my department. Creation of proper code of conduct as well as maintenance of ethical standards would also be one of the main approaches which could be used inside the organisation after having an understanding of the same from the class.

I use consultative decision making for all the programs inside the organisation which improve the overall process of decision making by a huge margin. As implementation of such a specific practice provide positive approach of maintaining better quality of decision and also increases the chance of success by having multiple Minds working on the same similar Idea. After consultation getting proper analysis of the decision is also one of my main motive which improves the decision making by a hug margin.


I follow collaborative strategy of conflict handling in which I usually try to create a Win-Win situation for both of the parties which could improve the overall availability of conflict resolution by huge margin and also improves the understanding of strong ethical culture for negotiating the conflict between employees.
