Employers should treat their employees with honest and respect because it is the basic right of employees to expect the same from their employers and if employees are not treated in a fair manner, they might not continue to serve the organization as they might feel discriminated and treated not in a fair manner as well.

2. The other responsibilities that an employer owe are:

a. Providing job security to the employee.

b. Remunerating or compensating the employee accordingly.

c. Value them and ensure that they receive fair treatment.

3. The objective of the Fair Labor Standards Act is to define and state the Minimum Wage, Overtime Pay, Youth Employment standards, record keeping etc. The employees should be provided with the same in order to be successful and effective.

4. It is important to review the pay statement in order to evaluate that the payment received is as per the industry standard and the increament is also effective as well or their is no point working for an organization who does not remunerate the employees accordingly based on the requirement as well.
