To decide priority of work it influenced by major two component one is level of importance and second is level of urgency. The work which can postpone & avoidable comes under fourth priority, The work which can not postpone but can avoidable comes under third priority, The work which can postpone but unavoidable comes under second priority,The work which can not postpone and can not avoidable become first priority.

Professional development - Factor responsible for professional development begins with structural thinking. for structural thinking it require soft skill training. Each profession has to select certain input and if person hold knowledge about soft skill he will observe quality parameter before choosing any input parameter. If person do not hold soft skill training he neglect to quality parameter and develop different & complex thought process which result in to different complex questions. Once professional choose proper input from environment then his vision about the specific task get clear. And Clear vision helps to plan strategics to identify exist opportunity, challenges attached to, in external environment and resources available or resources which can made applicable to tackle opportunity and overcome challenges. Thus swot analysis for both that is for individual as professional & for particular profession or firm say organization helps lot to analysis and provide proper solution. when this solution get develop it get tested over period of time & if found suitable then continue as practice& if not found suitable then certain alteration are made according to trial and considering possible rectification of error in earlier solution.
