There are many theories for the stages/phases of team development. The five-stage model is one of them. This model is only valid in a few very precise team formations scenarios. Think of a team in which you have participated (project team at work, sport team, etc.). Think back on how the team formed from the first day until the end of the project, or sporting season. Describe what took place. How did you progress into the next stage/phase of team development? Which theory of team development most applied to your example? Why? If i participated in the Sport team than The Focal Role of the my expectation of others are examined. The incubent's makes a List of his or Her expectation of the other roles in the Sports That affect the individual's Performance. The Entire Group then discusses these expectation , modifies, addition or deletion will be made from the roles and behaviors.

The Next stage in team Development Would be Storming. In Which The Team member Should Make The Team member to work together or Learn to respect Eachother . The Team leader Wil coach the effective Training to the Team members and Make them Good Listeners.

The Performing Stage in the Sports Team is Applied to me, As The Coach of the Sports Team Will continue To watch the Team Untill They Gotten To Know Eachother And Trust eachother . also Giving the best results by continue to build team Mutual Support.
