1. The first impression of the situation is that the lady is willing enough to work and restart her career, with a supportive husband by her back. The only point lacking here is her drinking habit, but her willpower is more which is helping her recover from her bad habit of drinking, and if given a chance will definitely give her best.
2. In order to analyze the case more deeply, I would like to know her behavior with other employees and dedication level in her previous organizations. This can be find out by contacting the previous employers and the management. This will help in analyzing the situation more deeply and understand how will she behave as an employee if employed in future.
3. In order to deal with the case, some more time should be given to the lady and analyze her more deeply in another meeting with her. Her expectations with the job or the work she wants to do needs to be known beforehand and then advise her a good career.
