4- I can recollect one instance where such thing happened to me in my work life.I was working in a project which was new to our organization too and we adopted the project for a trial basis to know how it will add value in our orgnization. I was an important member of the project looking after financial wholly and strategy in some level too. The goal I was trying to achieve in the project was to know about the system how such thing happened because I wanted to change my functional domain and the project fit me best. This was my personal goal but my organization has other yardsticks to measure.The reward and appraisal they done on the project was on the operational part of the project but my aim was to know the finance part of the project.
