1. The Ethics issue regarding the Unsafe working conditions as most of the workers do not have the Provisions of safety machines, tools, ventilations, tempreture controolling system, no provision of network and technology etc.

2. The overall productivity will decline as the if the network is not available in the office, then the enthusiastic to set the targets and accomplish the goals on time is not possible. the morale of an employee also decline at the very movent.

3. The private local Legal Company where i Worked , is Luthra & Luthra Co. where the Temprature of the office where employees sit is not appropriate. sometimes it is very hot and sometimes its too cold to sit inside. also there is a problem of the Network.

4. The Best Practices which Company might implement to avoid Negative behaviour of employees are Safe and ullproof planning, Defects and failure analysis, Non Conformance Control, Quality Assurance in test and Inspection, ISO 9000 world wide standard that establish requirements fot the management of the quality.

5. I would Rate the Ethical Practices of the company is Fair.
