I would like to say that diversity in management is an important development as a part of the human resource management in the organization that brings competitive advantages and build strategic human resources. In this regard, I would like to introduce the training program with necessary details with training pedagogy and support the program as follows:
A.   Organize the training program that can prepare the production workers to understand the management position, its roles & responsibilities as well as the accountability
B.   To focus upon the women and people from minorities so that diversified management group is created based upon respect, cultural values and beliefs
C.   To setup the objective criteria based upon the qualification, performance at work as well as eligibility for the profile. It will not only help in choosing the candidates for the training, but also for the final selection of the candidates for the management positions.
D.   To activate the affirmative action plan that gives favorable treatment to the women and minorities as per the guidelines of civil rights act and EEOC.
E.   To promote the white people also to prevent any discrimination against them and violation of laws on the basis of qualification and performance at work
F.   The training program brings synergy and builds a strong organizational culture in the organization that promotes original ideas, creativity and create a value based culture
G.   The criteria should be:
a.   The performance at work, customer feedback and peer review about the employee to create weighted score
b.   Contribution in troubleshooting and experience in leading the team and motivating them
c.   Presence of technical skills as well as the behavioral skills to take sensible decisions
