The given organizational strcuture seems to be of a matrix type. This uses the benefits of both functional and projectized. The selected staff members report to two authorities, the project incharge and the overall head. The work is goal driven, however the roles may be loosely assigned, as per the need and requirement. Also the organizational culture tends to make an impact other than the structure in this domain.

A design that clearly defines the role and structure of the organization, a healthier culture and an efficient HR team that ensures the well-being of all employees, in terms of the fact that members need to be encouraged, motivated and reinforced in order to continue providing their best foot forward.
