Communication is an integral component of the organization’s success. In order to make it effective, auditing has to be performed so as to identify when and where to improve.

The communication auditing can be performed in order to identify the strength and weakness of the current communication systems both internal and external. The messages that can be analyzed include the past communication with the customers, the communication between two departments, the communication within the departments etc.
