It is important to use an organization which uses a culture that stresses on understanding the work norms. The employees should be made aware of the dos and dont's. The understanding of social context should be the core and it should focus on creation of high performance by maximizing the potential of employees. Self awareness and perception needs to be improved and the employees should be trained well to understand the importance of cultural environment at workplace. According to Taylor Cox it is important to create an environment of work culture which focuses on organizational diversity and minimizes the weakness and potential disadvantages. It is also important for organizations to discuss the problems of the employees and encourage a diverse work culture that lets them discuss the issues. The use of campaigns and initiatives along with training programs will help to develop an effective culture.

Workplaces are increasingly becoming diverse stressing importance on maintaining and leveraging cultural diversity in the company. Cultural groups help to influence assumptions, values, norms and the relationships between various cultural groups are important.


There is an important role of HR for creation of inclusive environment and this also takes into account the unique understanding of cultural diversity.
