Communication can be considered as being one of the most important aspects of a factor in organizational behavior. We can say that for the functioning of the organization it is necessary that we are able to connect all the aspects of the various processes that are conducted together. It enables leaders to realize their functions as well as managers to influence the workforce and it also allows the employees to be able to conduct their proper functioning. Since it is such an important aspect of an organization, the recruiters always look for employees that show potential in the field of organizational communication along with the other favorable qualities. In the case the work environment is not sufficient or efficient in the aspect of communication, it can easily become deficient in the terms of being able to provide the employees with sufficient direction and motivation. In the terms of productivity, it becomes detrimental and reduces the quality of output. It results in loss of coordination, wastage and other types of quantifiable delays that could have easily been prevented with efficient scheduling and fulfillment by the employees both in terms of quality and efficiency.
