Purchasing personnel is coming under production department they have huge responsibility in procuring the raw materials with their suppliers, if their buying they have to pattern the raw materials, and buy it from the supplier and make it for any other product to do the resale. Before purchasing the purchasing personnel put in his/her mind clear about the what kind of raw materials they going to buy and what is the cost, from which supplier have to buy, Cost should be nominal rate but quality is very important. In the organization level Purchasing department shows expenditure, so they should be careful starting from issuing the purchase order up to receiving the goods and from supplier, only purchase department people connect with the supplier not anybody. IF where trade is happened we can expect the credit trade, so credit risk available and transaction risk and huge amount of operational risk also available, Our product and service should be standard then we have to manage the risk via standard practices for the quality purposes, standing for long time in market.
