The recruitment of candidates directly affects the performance of an organization. If wrong candidates are hired, there can be a lot of company losses. This includes the time, money, and energy put in to hire and train them as well as the unproductive hours they provided working for the company until they quit or were terminated. Employees like these get paid for doing low quality work which could adversely affect the product quality and hence can severely damage the company's reputation as the products wouldn't be satisfying for the customer.
