1. The statement is definitely clearly communicated. However, it is not concise. It is very lengthy and too many words are used to describle the company's mission.
2. The statement can be improved by making it more concise. There are a few redundant statements talking about how the company is not accountable to shareholders, talking about efficiencies and innovative care. It must be more concise and should be explained in fewer sentences.
