2. Identifying stakeholders is very important. This is because once you analyse who is involved and who is affected by the project, your use case for the proect becomes sharp. With this, the project managers can identify how big the market impact of a project can be, and the team can understand the scale of the project.
3. A manager should be concerned with managing a project's progress because he is the one responsible for setting deadlines and making sure that products are delivered on time. Also, if the managers take interests in the projects, the developers also feel like the project is important to the organization. This ensures a better quality result.
