a) Business Process - Process is a set of activities which are synchronized and sequential in order to achive some predetermined objective. On other hand, business is producing/manufacturing/buiying and selling in order to make profit for ones' living. Every business has its own objective andpredefined goals. Hence any set of sequential activities which are done in order to achive some predetermined business objectives is business process.
b) Configuration is a structure of parts or elements of something in some fixed combination/patterns/figure which allows the sytem to work.
c) Controlling - Controlling is function of managemnet to assess activities, identifies flaws and correcting them through comparing it with benchmarks. IN other words it is process of making a system drive in correct direction or on right path.
d) Data - Data refers to some facts and figures which is in raw and unorganized form which once gets organized or processed leads to meaningul information.
e) Effective - A system is effective when it is able to achieve its goal. In other owrds effectiveness is gatting what is decided as result by whasever means.
f) efficeincy - It is acheiving predetermined end results in optimal manner. Optimal manner is the best way through which some thing could be achived. In other words with minium resources maxiumum result.
