Ans 1:
patterns of interaction and interdependent networks within the organization are building blocks like who does decision making/ communication/ who is the leader to initiate, quality and impact of such decisions
Ans 2:
Newcomers learn from existing culture and senior people and also from each other. It is continuous and long process. A top to bottom down approach is more suitable name for it.
Ans 3:
Leadership thoughts, Work Ambience among all peers, Recruitment and Learning and Development Process within the organization which can positively or negatively affect any size of the company to strive or grow
Ans 4:
Developing right synergy among peers, maintaining honest and ethical communication and interaction about the business needs and continuous learning and evolving as per the nature of business or industry needs is the only way to increase all employees’ efficiency and achieve overall effectiveness of the company
