What do you think of Mr. Frederickson's assertion that "social equity" is, and must be, an ongoing concern of public administration? Do you agree, or do you instead feel that public administration should/must remain "value neutral" even if government policies are sometimes unjust? If you agree with the latter statement, what aspect of democracy could account for such a position--in other words, is there some other way "values" are supposed to enter into policy making and policy implementation other than through the bureaucracy in your opinion?

For a fair policy making changes according to the society and having an understanding of the social Deputy should be a mainstream consideration . Creating social equity is one of the most prominent factors for evolving according to the society as well as for designing the policies according to the need of the people rather than being value neutral would provide a monotonous approach that would impose the policies on the people rather than building them around the society. Focusing on building policies for the society rather than building it around the society is some of the main factors involved in ethical policy making. Democratic influence should be able to choose the effect accordingly as well as to provide better support to the overall structure of decision making systems in policy making. Wedding policies for betterment of the people rather than focusing on a neutral way would provide better availability of operational capabilities rather than focusing it on overall benefit of the people which could be a left Behind for many communities or societies.
