SAP being the largest enterprise software based company. This has grown organically and the customer base contains the enterprise account. SAP Provides enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management , product life cycle management, financial management, human capital management, product lufe cycle management and many more. They also provide unique integration as well as customization which are offered for specific markets.

The capabilitites of ERP System is as follows:

1) This optimizes the process of business

2) Eliminates the unnecessary operations as well as data

3) Reduces the time as well as cost invoved.

Two operations can be as follows:

When customer is ordering some goods and seller is creating a PO for the goods. The transition of booking and transit of goods are done in 2 different departments which is handled by SAP.

When a flight ticket is booked by a customer/user and the confirmation is provided then it is handled by many departments which also can be done by SAP.
