outConfirmation bias: It is when an individual has a tendency to notice things and information that is in sync with his/her beliefs and attitudes. All the information that does not match the thinking and beliefs of that individual is ignored by that individual. For example,if a researcher has a belief that men are more powerful than females so he would not use researches that say women are stronger.

Cultural bias: It is when a researcher has a soft corner for a particular culture. For example a researcher who strongly believes in hinduism would always look for positives in himdu people. It is basically when a researcher prefers a particular culture tham other cultures and so his /her decisions are influenced by this bias .
