This discussion is mainly about Who Will Contro The Internet? From the past internet is not under government administration.It is a privat sector.It is completely operated and administrated by private people.The main issue is based on the Net Neutrality.This became as a boiling issue now-a-days as thee is question in the mind that why does the Internet come under government control.So the discussion may go on in this way.Internet or World Wide Web is not about a small place but its about the whoe world and all the people.It cannot be owned by a single country or by a set of people.All the people in the world shoud have the access over the internet to learn may things.May people vil have the read permissons but only some people will have the write permissions who can actally update the data in the internet.As the government is different for every country we cannot restrict its administratio over a single country.
Many countries have been trying to solve the problem rgarding this issue.iniially Washington made an attempt on this.Their main motive is that the network requires some sort of centralized control to function.This controversy has been from years that who controls the internet.There has been some discussions in the UN orld Summit where in the panel there are members from all the countries to discuss world issues.In my opinion internet should be under private governance as it leads to good enhancements.Under government sector there will be some pessures and protocols to be followed which sometimes may stop some facilities.Under Private sector there is a feasibility and fkexibility to govern the entire internet.All sorts of people from all parts of world use this internet so if it is under govenment control then if any issues regarding inter-countries occur that would be a problem for the people.Most of the knowledge is coming from the internet so we cannot risk that knowledge.Internet is better to be under private sector and get the assistance of government if required.
