Dear Mr. President,
My name is John Mathew and I am a senior Manger in a well known IT organization in New York. I am writing this letter to express my concern over the heavy work load in IT organization and the low wages paid to the managers who drive the organization to success.
As the competition is very high in the market the companies are in setting very high targets for the managers. But most of the companies do not pay the managers with the deserved salaries. The salaries do not increase with the work load which makes us dissatisfied while performing the job. I have done a small research on this issue and the feedbacks from most of the managers support my opinion. As we are exempt from overtime pay, there should be highest minimum wage for the managers to ensure fairness. Request you to set the minimum weekly salary for bona fide executives, administrators and professionals to minimum $1200 per week considering their contributions to the business.
I request you to consider my suggestions and do the needful to increase the payment. Thank you for spending your valuable time in reading my letter. We will always support you in all the decisions that bring harmony in the society.
Yours Sincerely,
