Subject: To increase the minimum wage for needy Americans.
Honourable Sir,
I am a strong supporter of America’s Growth and development. As a manager at Wal-Mart . I have felt a great need of increase in the minimum wage paid to workers. They are earning not enough to feed their family and get some chance to entertainment. Even, they are indirectly contributing to the national tax system.
I have taken feedback from managers, executives and staff people they are also demanding a minimum payout as well as overtime. This is most important to give a pay hike of 15% to 25% to average workers and approx 30 % to managerial people. It will give them work satisfaction and they will achieve great productivity level.
I request you to take necessary action to implement the pay equity, minimum wage and an overall satisfactory pay increase to American employees. We know that you have courage to take bold decisions for America’s growth and development.
We shall be highly obliged to you for your supportive actions.
