Explanation / Answer

Dear Tenant,

I am really sorry for the pain and discomfort you have been through for no fault of yours. The matter escalated by you is our priority and we would take it up in 24 hours time and try to resolve it so that your discomfort is allayed. Please be assured we would do the best possible in this circumstance. We do not allow any disturbance unless a prior permission is sought for.

I assume you are aware the flat 221-B, had some nagging issues of water leakage and so there were, few rounds of repair work undertaken. It was informed that the work will be done only from 12 noon to 4 pm for 1 week.

But due to collapse of another pipe, things have gone out of control and the time has stretched to 2 weeks. But as a matter of informing our residents, we put a notice and sent a mail to every resident of the delayed repair work but I assure it will be done in next 3 days.

To resolve this situation once and for all I would require a few of the details, if you could reply to this mail with the foolowing information it will surely expedite the process.

Please let me know if the issue persists after 3 days, I am available over the phone as well. If you could give me your contact number I would personally update you of the resolution.
