* Institutional Context- it is the topic of study how an institution or MNC's working affects the following topics & how it is important for MNC to study these topic or institutional context-
a- NATIONAL CONTEXT- It is the combination of national cultures & social institutions of any society. basically national context deals with the norms, values, beliefs of the society under which it works.national context helps in finding how the culture of society affect the business of company.it also helps to balance the social culture with the business culture.
b- SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS- Social institutions are the type of organizations which makes the order & structure of the society. these institutions set the rules & regulations for the society to follow & stay in order for its survival. like family, eceonomy, legal & political, religion etc.

IN institutional context, the economic system is the system where resources are allocated in the process of production of goods then goods & services are distributed to the consumers within the society.
types of economic system-
e- Market Transitions- it is basically the transition of social economy to market economy where pricing of the products or services are set by the market forces rather than the government bodies.it is called economic liberalization.market transitions can influence the rules & norms of state to redefine for this economy.
f- Index of Economic Freedom- the index of degree of freedom is the freedom of the public/populationof any country from its government or other economic bodies's intervention. these bodies can not interfere in the public's life & thier private properties. public is free & secure under the economic freedom. index of the economic freedom is the degree to which the public is free.
g- Stages of Industrialization- according to me industrialization is the process of how,when,where production is done & how,when, where the distribution will occur.
STAGE 1- PRE INDUSTRIALIZATION- at this stage the more focus is done on the agricultural & resources which dominate the economy.
STAGE 2 - INDUSTRIALiZATION- this is the stage where raw materials & resources are used in manufacturing of products
STAGE 3- POST- INDUSTRIALIZATION- this is the stage which is based on the services after the distribution of the poduct.
*implications for MNC by indutrialization-

the religions are the set of values, beliefs or faith which is put into supernatural forces by a section of society. like christianity, buddhsim, hinduism etc
the major religions in the world are-

MNCs have to provide accomodation to its islamic employees for the praying 5 times a day.
MNCs has to make policies for agianst the gender discrimination like topics.
MNCs has to be strictly responsive for any kind of caste system.

educational system is the organization in which indiviuals are learned how to act in a society. educational system helps the individuals or groups to be competent, skillful, & be professionals in the society as wells as in organizations.
