Explanation / Answer
1. As a manager of HR, first I will collect the shortage number of employees department wise. For this, I will interact through the heads of each department, and take feedback from them, list the number of requirements along with qualifications and experiences. Finally, I will get the number of heads recruit for the time and I will proceed to further.
2. Once I collected the number of vacancies, qualification and experience, next we prepare job description and specification, and the same will be forwared through paper ads, advertisements to agencies, etc.

4. Once the paper adverstiment is over, we will receive CVs though mails. All these resumes will be assessed and filtered, only eligible resumes will be called for further rounds. The initial round may be basic HR round, which covers the basic details and identifying the reasons for job change. Next, the line and team manger (Team leader) round, where the technical questions will be posed and collected answers from the applicants. Finally, we pick the desired and right candidate, for the right position, with right cost, and released offer letter. Once, the certificates and experience verification is over, ask them to report on a given date.
The procedure is same, but the activities may be somewhat different to all positions.
