4. Recommend sustainable strategic and tactical approaches to address the challenges associated with internal and external factors that affect recruitment and selection.
Explanation / Answer
1. the legal challanges are provide chance to all potential employees (job seekers) category wise and selection must be done through category wise. some times the suitable persons may not come from specific category, in those times, we may pick employee based on normal recuriting process. But finally, the agencies may question us, why did you pick only those, why did you reject these applications and so on.
the operational challanges are, following all the regulations as per laws. Some times it may not be possible to follow all the terms and conditions in the same way and manner at the time of recruitment. But, we must proceed as per the law conditions only.
Ethical issues may include deciding pay scale to the new comers, altering the job responsibilities, and establishing relationship at work etc.
2. Internal challanges may includes sending and promoting a right employee to higher positions. The remaining people may put question mark face and always insist us indirectly why did you rejected me and selected those candidates. The employee morale becomes week.
external challanges includes, we do not know which kind of person we recruit. even the qualification and experience may be relevant, but if their attitude is not suit for the organization, it resulted in many new problems.
By balancing these two, we must plan for recruitment and selection process.
3. if these issues were not addressed and failed, then the total performance will be poor. the workers do not get job satisfaction, workers more focused on their self requirements than the requirements of employees, finally the business will collapses.
4. There are not scales or speficific measures to conduct an effective recruitment process. according to the needs and requiremnts, we must proceed only. If we need to recruit an experience doctor the process is different to for recruitment of few nurses. Hence, the HR team must analyse which prictice gives them best result and proceed with that only.
