The proposed system total financial benefits exceed the total costs by $65,000 a year over the next five years.

Analysis phase:

Now our goal is to develop a system of a mid-size companies automate transactions i.e., salries e.t.c.

We want to gather the requirements what the company expected in that system.

And now analyse the requirements from the given instructions, and we casn get back to them and make them clear and can clarify our doudts when they arised in our analysis.

By that clarification now we can take the requirements what are going to be include and what our clients or company providing us for the project i.e., data e.t.c.,

Now after all interaction and we can document it which can contains the all steps going to taken and what are the procedures we are going to follow and what are the test cases we can execute and how they can improve and how requirements can achive.

Now we have to provide this document to company and verify them that it is going to be beat their requirements, and make sure of it.

These total process which are explained above that can categorised in four steps as explained above and that are named as

Elicitation – I ask questions, you talk, I listen

Validation – I analyze, I ask follow-up questions

Specification – I document, I ask follow-up questions

Verification – We all agree

As i explained these are the steps we going to implement.
